1. Terms of Use

Access and use of kareergasoi.com are subject to these Terms. By browsing our site, you fully accept these provisions.

2. Sales Terms

CareerOilGaz provides specialized recruitment and career consulting for professionals and companies in the oil & gas sector across Switzerland and Europe.

Quotes are complimentary and valid for 15 days. Any order is considered final after written confirmation and a partial or full payment as per agreed terms.

3. Payment Terms

Payment can be made by bank transfer or major credit card through our secure platform.
An initial deposit of 60% is required upon confirmation of the service quote.
The remaining balance is due upon successful placement or completion of the contracted service.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the tailored nature of our recruitment services, any engagement that has commenced or been scheduled is non-refundable, in accordance with Swiss consumer protection law.

If a cancellation occurs before the start of the recruitment process, the following terms apply:

Cancellation more than 14 days prior: 85% of deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation between 14 and 7 days: 55% refund.
Cancellation less than 7 days: no refund.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@kareergasoi.com

5. Limitation of Liability

CareerOilGaz is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third parties or force majeure. Our advice and placements are based on information provided by clients and applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, logos, design) is the exclusive property of CareerOilGaz. Reproduction is prohibited without prior written consent.

7. Disputes and Applicable Law

In case of dispute, mediation is preferred. If no agreement is reached, only the courts of Basel, Switzerland, shall have jurisdiction. Swiss law applies.
